The hotel had rooms that were smaller than expected, and the breakfast could have been more varied for the price paid. On the bright side, the helpful staff made our stay even more pleasant by going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, although some taxi drivers had difficulty finding it. The rooms in the annex building were very small, slightly noisy, and lacked dark curtains to keep out the sunlight. I had a great time at the hotel. My room was ready early, even before the regular check-in time, but it lacked natural light. The staff, including the person I forgot the name of, were friendly and attentive to our needs. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the Sultanahmet area. The dining experience was good, but could use improvement, especially with the coffee. Overall, a fantastic stay!
